Loons Ticket Fundraiser Results

FLL would like to thank everyone that participated in the Loons Ticket Fundraiser this year. 650 total tickets were sold raising over $1200 for the league! Our top seller this year was Charlotte Strzynski who sold 42 tickets and will have the opportunity to throw out the ceremonial first pitch of the game on Freeland Little League night, which is Friday June 7th. Our top seller between the ages of 7-12 was Nathan Wuerfel with 25 tickets sold, Nathan will have the opportunity to serve as the Loons Bat Kid of the Game on June 16th courtesy of Adam Suitor Farm Bureau Insurance. Brodey Bursick was the 2nd highest seller overall with 28 tickets sold but you had to be at least 7 years old by June 7th to participate in the Loons Bat Kid. The top 25 sellers overall will win a prize package from the Loons and are listed below. Please go to Guest Services on the day of the game to claim your prizes. Tickets will be available to pick up in the concession stand starting on Thursday, May 30th. Thank you again to everyone that participated. We are already talking with the Loons about ways to improve the program for next year.

Anyone is still welcome to purchase tickets to the game that night to participate. Freeland's own Kaitlyn Schuette will be singing the National Anthem and FLL players will be selected by the Loons to participate in on-field games.

All FLL players are invited to participate in a pre-game parade on the field. If you would like to participate please arrive around 5:45pm or so. Gates will open at 6pm and everyone who wants to be in the parade needs to meet at the entrance to the playground when they walk in. We will head down for the parade at 6:15 and start at about 6:20. We will take a picture after with the FLL banner.
